The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center iPla (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed b;,, the Production Center 1Pla. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. The area is secured and contains the Tbilisi Ordnance and Machine Plant Ordzhonikid- ze and 'Tbilisi Munitions Storage (I I The depot contains a billeting section with 9 multistory barracks and an administration building, a machine plant with 15 buildings, an ammunition storage area with 6 warehouses and 2 support structures, and a large vehicle and equipment storage and maintenance area with 82 buildings. Approximately 520 vehicles or pieces of equipment were observed in (Figures 2 and 3). major changes were noted. and No Railroad Service A single spur serves the depot. Rail Service Good all-weather roads serve the installa- Administration and Troop Housing Area Area D contains 2 multistory administration buildings, a barracks, 4 administration build- ings, 2 motor vehicle storage structures, 14 support buildings, a long storage shed, and 9 multistory barracks. The following equipment was observed in 13 cargo trucks, 4 utility trucks, Area F contains 6 warehouses and 2 support buildings with natural blast protection. Other Buildings Area I I contains 4 multistory administration buildings, 3 irregular-shaped manufacturing structures, buildings. 4 warehouses, and 4 support Equipment Storage/ Maintenance Area Area J has a main storage area containing a multistory administration building, a boiler house with smoke stack, a large maintenance building with possible 240--by 110-foot over- head crane, 2 C-shaped s:orage buildings, a multiwing support building, and 23 support/ storage buildings.
