The complex is observed on good-quality, stereo KH-4 KEY-
HOLE photography. Significant changes and/or additions since
25X1D include: construction of a loop
roa along the complex main road opposite the access road to
h Site A (trees had been cleared at this location in
i" ; a new ground scar extending from Launch Site C toward
the Support Area; construction activity midway between the Com-
plex Control Center and the NW outrigger position. This latter
activity consists of possible preparation of a fourth position
for the Electronic Site under construction and additional tree
clearance.
Vehicles/pieces of equipment are located on the perimeter
road in the vicinity of at least S of the miss* uild-
ings of Launch Site E. Several were present in - but 25X1D
changes in their positions have occurred since that time.
There appears to be an erector/launcher at the launch
point of each launch position of Site E. Small photographic
scale precludes confirmation of their presence.
