The excavation for the silo has apparently just started. Activity
consists of a shallow excavation, 3 to 5 small buildings, and track
activity. Spoil from the excavation is being dumped near a drain about
2,500 feet south of the excavation. There is no evidence of a security
fence. The buildings were present in
