Negation: No activity observed in the area on Construction activity first observed on ?lissio General: Connected by extensive trackage and a ground scar, probably for a cable line, with Ml/SAKI Launch Area 1, also under concurrent construction. This area bears a resemblance to Sary-Shagan Probable Launch Area B. Both of these areas consist of a Probable Launch Area in initial construction stage and an Electronic Site. Additional clearing and grading took place from at both sites. The azimuth of a perpendicular bisector of a line drawn between the center of the 2 probable launch sites is degrees (t 5 degrees). Each probable launch site is approximately 3 Meet from the Electronic Site. 25X1D Electronic Site: On photography the Electronic Site consisted of a revetted central control position occupied by vehicles/vans, 4 mounds (1 occupied by a probable SIDE NET radar), and 1 probable BACK NET radar on 25X1D the ground. By two probable SIDE NET radars (a and c) and 1 probable BACK N, radar were positioned on 3 mounds and 1 probable BACK NET (d) was on the ground. The fourth mound(e) remained unoccupied. Addi- tional vehicles/vans had appeared in the central control position (f) during the 4-day period. Distance from Item a to e and Item c to b is approximate- ly 230 feet; distance from Item e to c and Item b to a is 400 feet.
