reveals changes at the Solid Propellant Test Facility
and the probable solid propellant manufacturing section at Kamensk-
Shaktinskiy, USSR.
A large rectangular building has been constructed in the Test Facility
between the test cell and the offset -possible temperature conditioning
buildings. The height of this building has not yet been determined, but it
is comparable to that of the offset buildings. Construction continues in
the probable solid propellant manufacturing section, 1 nm southwest of the
Test Facility. Two new buildings have been constructed and another building
previously under construction has been completed in the adjoining secured
area southwest of the production area. Work appears to be continuing on the
interior rail net of the manufacturing section. When completed the rail net
will provide service to each major building in the separately secured area
and to five of the partially revetted buildings immediately adjacent to the
fence in the production area.
