A study of the level of construction activity at Hsi-an Airframe Plant,
Yen-liang Airfield, shows that construction of the plant has been resumed 25X1D
after a standstill of almost 2 years.
A subassembly building which has been under construction since is
now completed, and the probable final assembly hall, still under cons ruc-
tion, has been enlarged. A workshop on the west side of the plant has been
completed. A subassembly building at the north end of the plant and a taxi-
way from the plant to Yen-liang Airfield are under construction.
