STORAGE AREA
The storage area is a double-fenced rail-
served area of approximately 250 acres. Within
the secured area are over 75 buildings, 19 of
which measure 200 feet in length or longer.
The main rail line into the storage area
separates into a rail siding and a spur near the
main entrance on the southeast side of the
security fence. The rail spur generally parallels
the northeast security fence and connects 3
storage buildings, each of which is revetted on the
3 sides away from the spur. The rail siding con-
nects 2 buildings in the center of the storage area
and then rejoins. the main rail line before it
terminates near the western side of the installa-

overhead crane extending over the siding.
Four probable rail cars are on the siding
in front of the westernmost of the 2 buildings.
Several rows of crates and boxes are in an
open area behind the easternmost building.
The rail line crosses a rail trench which
parallels the western fenceline. A bridge
crane 150 by 65 feet and a transfer table
are located at the intersection of the rail
line and rail trench. The rail trench allows
for rail movement of material from 32 build-
ings arranged in 2 parallel rows. Three of
these buildings are secured by a probable
wall, and 2 of the 3 are revetted. A group
of 20 road-served storage buildings are
located in the south-central portion of the
storage area. Ten missile-ready tents are
observed within the confines of the storage
area, 7 at the south end of the group of road-
served buildings and 3 toward the north end of
the rail trench.
A large, partially clerestory-roofed build-
ing (item 1, Figure 2) is located inside the
main entrance to the area. This building is
possibly used for some specialized type of
vehicle modification.
Within the limits of the installation are
52 rail cars and 1,041 other vehicles/pieces
of equipment (Figure 3), as listed in the
table.
