IMAGERY ANALYSIS: This facility is secured and is
situated on the highest point in the hills south
of Andizhan. The elevation of this peak is
approximately 2,900 feet, which is approximately
1,250 feet above the surrounding valleys. The facility consists of a
I Iself-supporting lattice tower with at least 2 microwave
dish antennas mounted at that level, and a ITV antenna mast
extending above the lattice tower to an overall height An
associated control building, at the base of t e tower, and
3 support buildings are also within the secured compound.
