The complex is oriented SW and is at a ground elevation of about 500 feet. At present it consists of two launch sites (designated Sites B and C), a tracking/guidance facility, a possible support area, and a launch area main road. The road, which connects Sites B and C, continues beyond Site B, possibly indicating that a third launch site is planned. The complex can first be observed on the - coverage.
