Specific mention was made of relay points at Semenov, Krasnyye Baki, Uren,
Shakhunya, and.Syuzyum. A search made from photography reveals the 25X1
presence of two such facilities near Gorkiy igure 1). A partial search of
Kotelnich does not reveal any microwave towers.
Gorkiy is covered. by LJ photography of fair interpretability; the area
from Gorkiy to Krasnyye Baki is covered by photography of good interpre- 25X1
tability; the area from Krasnyye Baki to Kotelnich is not covered by recent
photography; and. Kotelnich is only partially covered by lphotography of 2 5X1
poor interpretability.

This secured facility consists of one self-supporting steel lattice tower
