A new radar repair facility has been identified in the western
portion of Chihfang Ordnance Repair and Ammunition Plant, 12.5 nautical
miles (am) south of Wuhan on the main north-south rail line in China
(Figure 1). The facility is partially fenced and consists of five multi-
story workshops, two drive-through assembly/repair buildings, one ware-
house, and ten smaller support buildings.
