1. The referenced requirement called for a search of KH-4 photography
of the last six months for evidence of ABM deployment in five specified areas
and a graphic portrayal of those areas covered.

five months of this year, covered all of the Moscow area and at least part
of the other search areas.

3. When initial identification was made of Moskva ABM Training Site
D25-1 and Sevastopol ABM/Space Radar Site 25X1
each was report e mmediately. It.is possible to state with approximately
95 percent confidence that no new ABM construction activity had taken place
in the portions of five areas that were covered by Annotated 25X1
maps are attached to show the extent and interpretability of that coverage.
