1. In response to the referenced requirement, a search was made
for new communications facilities within a 15-nautical mile (nm)
radius of four sets of coordinates in the USSR.
2. The search revealed no new communications facilities; how-
ever, Karabalty VLF Radcom XMTR Sta Frunze I is 2 nm
outside one search area at 43-02-OON 073-37-OOE. This is a targeted
facility, and changes to it are reported as they occur. Only small-

available for this search.
3. Any electronics facility observed in these areas on future
photography will be reported in the appropriate OAK or OAK Supplement
report. This project is considered to be complete. Questions regarding
