1. Computed geodetic coordinates requested for 17 targets are
provided in the attachment. The SA-6 radar has been consistently seen
at two different locations at Emba Missile Test Center (Emba. Operational
Support Area and Emba Launch Complex). Coordinates, therefore, have been
given for both locations (Items 12A and 12B, Attachment). Accuracies
stated in the attachment are at a 95% confidence level.
