1. This memorandum is in response to the requirement referenced
above which requests annotated prints of two areas near Moscow, USSR.
One area, Zarechye, is believed to be an area of dachas for Soviet VIPs
and the other area, Yasnevo, is believed to be some type of scientific
institute.
2. The Za.rechye area is shown on attachment 1. Heavy growth of
coniferous trees covered most fence lines. No communications antennas
were identified; however a.n open cable trench was observed in the
northern part of the facility.
3? The Yasnevo area is shown on attachment 2. No scientific
institute could be identified in this area. The three buildings appear
to be cattle barns and the fenced areas are probably cattle pens.
