1. In response to the reference requirement 19 areas were searched
in the Odessa Air Defense Zone, USSR to identify TWIN DISH troposcatter
facilities. No TWIN DISH troposcatter facilities were identified in the
following areas: Tiraspol, Izmail, Leovo, Ostrov Zmeinyj, Ochakov,
Nikolayev, Belaya Tserkov, Uman, Vasilkov, and two areas near Odessa.
2. The geographic coordinates, number of pairs of TWIN DISH
antennas, and antenna orientation are presented in attachment 1 for the
TWIN DISH troposcatter facilities identified in the remaining eight
search areas.
3. Any questions regarding this project should be directed to
