This report is a continuation of a study on the regional petroleum
storage of China (CIA/PIRs - 65133, 65054, 61037). The facilities covered
in this report appear to be a part of the new generation of storage sites
being constructed in China. The construction of the five new areas
began prior to nd has continued to the present.

FU-SHUN REGIONAL PETROLEUM STORAGE #2
This installation is located 5 nm east of Fu-shun, China at the
approximate geographic coordinates 41 53N - 124 02E (Figures 1 and 2)
and is served by a spur of the Fu-shun to Nan-tsa-mu Railroad and by road.
The facility consists of a railhead and support area, and semi-buried
petroleum storage tanks (Figures 3 and 4).
2.5X1 the installation was approximately 50% completed.
25X1 Photography of revealed that there were 6 semi-buried tanks
in various stages of construction, 2 large and 4 small cylindrical storage
tanks, and approximately 19 buildings.

rotated approximately 150 degrees counter-clockwise.

This storage facility is located 7 nm southeast of Tung-kuan, China
at the approximate geographic coordinates 34 31N - 110 24E (Figures 1 and
5) and is served by a spur of the Tung-kuan to Chin-ling Railroad and by
road.
The facility consists of a support area, a railhead, and semi-buried
storage tanks (Figures 6 and 7).
Work on the support facility was first noted on photography of
approximately 67 buildings were completed. The
23 storage tanks were firs observed in various stages of construction
on photography dated

This installation is located 2.5 nm north of Chia.-chia.ng, China at
the approximate geographic coordinates 29 47N - 103 34+E (Figures 1 and
8), and is served by a spur of the Chia-chia.ng to Mei-shan Railroad and
by road.
The area consists of a. support area, a railhead, and semi-buried
petroleum storage tanks (Figures 9 and 10).
Work on the storage site was first noted on ~photography dated
at which time a service access road had been completed. By
his installation contained 24 buildings and 13 semi-buried
tanks in various stages of construction.

This installation is located 10 nm west-southwest of Nan-ning, China,
at the approximate geographic coordinates 22 45 30N - 108 10 30E (Figures 1
and 14) and is served by the Nan-ning to Hanoi Railroad and by road.
The storage area, consists of a support area, a railhead, and semi-
buried petroleum storage tanks (Figures 15 and 16).
Construction of the facility started between 25X1
On the latest photography dated he facility 25X1
appeared to be in an early stage of construction with 24 buildings and
excavations for 7 semi-buried tanks in various stages of construction.
