near Lugansk (Vorfis`Ailovgrad), USSR, on KEYHOLE-
photography (Mission ~. The site is located at 48-24-OON 39-36,-1OE,:
16 nautical miles (nm) southeast of.1_,ugansk. }
The launch site is-half obscured by clouds .and 'much of the surrounding~
area is cloud covered. The northern-?h?l,f, Qf-.Ie?perimeter road and the;
two northernmost launch points are visible: Z`wo other launch points can`
be imperfectly. seen .through the haze. Poor images=gtfality and the clouds
cover prevent identificati of the site pattern.
Approximately 300. fees north of the perime-ter road is a probable.
