This report presents the results of a search, for ICBM activity, of
all rail lines in the USSR covered by photography from KEYHOLE Missions
A previous report explained
the search criteria and gave the results of a search of photography from

reports had graphic supplements consisting of overlays to World Aero-
nautical Charts (WACs) which showed the rail lines searched with negative
results and indicated the location of all ICBM launch complexes identified
to date. The applicable KEYHOLE mission and pass number on which the
rail lines were covered are indicated on the overlays.
. The ' search of required revision of 53 WAC
overlays, out of a total of 66 overlays needed to show all connecting rail
lines known to exist in the USSR. These 53 overlays are the only ones
included in the Graphic Supplement to this report.* As previously, the
mission and pass number are indicated on the overlays. The total length
of Soviet rail line searched for ICBM activity with negative results, in
accordance with the established criteria, is now 56,900 nautical miles.
*Copies of the Graphic Supplement have been forwarded to the CIA requester and to the TALENT
Control Officers of Army, Navy, Air Force, and NSA. Further reproduction and dissemination of these
overlays to subordinate commands will be the responsibility of these agencies.
