A complete and operational, link type, Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM)
launch site is located at 54-38-OON 25-02-OOE, one nautical mile (nm) south-
west of Landvorovo and 9-nm WSW of Vilnyus, USSR. The support area, just
east of the site, contains approximately ten buildings. A new, probably all-
weather road has been constructed from Landvorovo to the SAM site.
