An a .rn4- Lion photography covering the Vladivostok Naval Base and Shipyard 202 reveals that facilities iaclude three graving docks, 760 by 120 feat, 640 by 100 feet, and 570 by 120 feet. Located adjacent to the graving docks are forge and mach- ine shops, foundries, plate shops, power and pump houses, electronic and ordnance shops, warehouses, and other buildings typical of a major shipyaasd. Tki.s naval. base and shipyard is accurately described in detail in the O~NI Vladivostok Port intelligence Study referenced above, except for the following changes The barracks-type building located just north of building No. 22 has been replaced by a T-shaped building ZOO by 160 feet over-all. A ]Large smokestack has been con- st{ucted adjacent to this. new building. indicating that it may function as a power and/or ateasn plant. CIA E ONLY 2. A modified C-shaped building, 220 by 40 feet, has been constructed 200 feet due west of the new T-shaped building- 3. Three wrings. each 140 by 40 feet, have been added to the building located just north of building No.. 20. the foltowring 120 naval and merchaal ships were erthed at this installation.
