REQUIREMENT RR/HTA/E/SI/57: Locate and describe the petroleum storage
facilities in Sui-fen-ho, Manchuria.
REMARKS :
The petroleum storage area in Sui-fen-ho is located 700 yards northwest
of the railroad station and 330 yards north of the power plant. In this area are
ten small 15-20 feet diameter, vertical storage tanks.
Adjoining the tanks in an enclosed area, 620'x 6201, are 100-150 indistinct
objects which may possibly be the small partially-buried petroleum storage
tanks reported to be in this locality. The small scale and poor resolution of
this photography precludes a more detailed analysis of this installation.
