This memorandum is in answer to Requirement AF IC-15 which requests photoanalysis of an installation covered on KEYHOLE Mission 9019 and located at 51-53N 21-30E; 35 miles southeast of Warsaw, Poland: This installation is described in the AFIC Requirement as an "SSM la, nch and support facility. " Z. After thorough study, NPIC does not identify this facility as an SSM launch and support facility. Although the installation is located in the forest and is road-served, the configuration is not similar to that of the IRBM/MRBM launch areas identified on Missions 9 017 and 9019.
