The extensive and
elaborate high-level scaffolding, cofferdam,
low-level access road with bridge, and cause-
way possibly for repairs to the tailrace area
of the spillway have largely disappeared. A
volume of water estimated to be greater than
that of is being discharged.
New scaffolding has been erected along
the downstream face of the generator hall to
provide access to the top of the dam. No

change is evident in, the construction status
of the generator hall, and there are no indi-
cations that any water is passing through the
power plant portion of the dam. It is probable
that no power is being generated.
