Large revetted areas located adjacent to
Brest SA-2 SAM Site A-11 were observed on
KEYHOLE photography. One re-
vetted area, 115 by 50 feet, is located 450 feet
SE of the center of the site. A second revetted -
area, 120 by 70 feet, is located 480 feet west of
the center of the site. Both revetments appear
to be rectangular with the longer sides parallel
to the site circular road. They appear to be
drive-through, but as yet there are no service
roads to them and earth scarring indicates that
the areas are still under construction.
There is a third, possible revetted area,
approximately 85 by 75 feet, located 600 feet ENE
of the center of the SAM site. This possible re-
vetment also appears to be drive-through and
rectangular, but the shorter sides are parallel
to the site circular road. A loop road, which
appears to be connected to the circular road,
services this area.
There was construction at all three locations
