This naval base, situated 2.5 nm SSE of Sinpo one PC, and 2 small craft. Two probable W-class
on the NE end of Mayang-do (island) at UTM submarines were previously observed at the
coordinates 52SDV326270, contains 7 barracks, naval base on
one administration building, approximately 20
storage/support buildings, one 450 foot pier, a
