The complex was first observed in an early stage of construction in IJ, and it now appears complete. The probable test facility consists of a firing bay, a bunker against which a hori- zontal blast is probably directed, and an H- shaped support building (Figure 1). BE No: None NPIC/R-232/63 25X1A facility is almost identical to a facility at Perm, USSR, which has one firing bay and to one bay of the test facility at Biysk, USSR 3/.
