1. This memorandum is in answer to referenced requirement concerning
a new building under construction at Moscow Airframe Plant #23.(Fili).
2. The referenced requirement requests an analysis of the position
In answering this requirement reference is made to a recent CIA/PID memorandum
IB No. 285/63, forwarded to your office on 17 October 1963 and titled,
Photographic Interpretation Study,of Moscow/Fill Airframe Plant +23 and Moscow
Airframe Plant n30. Figure +4 of the above referenced memorandum shows the
building at Annotation -#l in relation to the airfield and as part of Airframe
in relation to Moscow/Fill Airframe Plant , and the adjacent i i Airfield.
Plant #23. This building has been identified as a machine shop/workshop
of the two ground photos appears to be part of a perimeter
fence for the Airfield and Airframe Plant. The enclosed ground photos
are returned to your office as per your request.
3. The information contained in the above paragraphs completes the 25X1A
referenced requirement. The photo analyst on this project is

regarding this project.
