This report is a partial ans~yer to 1~L~
requirement DLL-AP1-63-88, to verify or pin-
point the location of Soviet military installations
in Poland and to perform a photo analVSis
to determine boundaries of the installations,
to determine function, number and dimensions
of buildings, to estimate troo~,a capacity, to
identify and describe related training areas and
facilities and ammunition or POL storage. This
report covers seven installations in the Legnica
area. The installations observed are keyed
alphabetically to Figure 1 and numerically
to the requirement.
This report is a supplement to P1R 32-59
1 / which was based on TALE.`~'T photography.
TALE'~T photography was also used to compile
this report. [n addition, the best available
KE1'HCLE photography was used to determine
changes in the installations and to compute
dimensions of buildings erected since _
