Referenced requirement requests, a description of the oilfield and .refinery at Nan-ch'un.g, China. This description is to include an evaluation of its level of activity, a description of changes or recent expansions and, if possible, an estimation of production capacity or status of operation, and an annotated photographic enlargement of the plant and oilfield. 2. Analysis of the best availabe photography covering the'area of the coordinates given did not reveal the presence of the reported oilfield and refinery, however, a chemical plant was found at the reported location of the refinery. This iastallation is annotated as such on-the enclosed photo enlargement (CIA/PID/IB-P-87/64). This study was conducted from photo coverage of the area utilizing photo 3. The photo analyst on this project was who may.be contacted on extension 2934 should you have further questions regarding this-project.
