requesting a comparative study of the number and type locomotives and rail
cars in the railraod yards at Ch' -sha China. Only two missions
adequately covered. this city.

IB-P-52/64. The numbers used to designate the railroad yards in this
memorandum are the same as those given on the enclosure.
