1. This memorandum is :in response to your requirement dated 17 January
1964 which requests a search of specific ~r as on Kamchatka Peninsula for
evidence of ABM or ICBM related installations.
2. The areas in question, 'a?,'?c covered by good (~uality
photography in land have been searched intensively
in stereo since then as a result-of this and other requirements. All efforts
thus far have failed to reveal' any new photographic evidence of APM activities.
The known areas of electronic activities on Kamchatka Peninsula have been
described in a nu-mber of reports.
