krek Airfield is situated .7 an 6L of Mum krek at U14 coordinates
10023015 and has a 4,000 a 155 ft NN/SSW graded earth, serviceable runway.
Facilities at the Ash end include a fenced area with 3 storage buildings.
Route 7 passes in a generally east west direction immediately south
of the SSW end of the runway and was observed from Mum krek west to the
vicinity of Phun thambak at U14 coordinates WU901063. Iwo automobiles were
observed along this section of road.
