1. This memorandum is in answer to the above referenced requirement which
requested a photographic enlargement of the cement plant near Chu-T'ien, Communist
China.
2. In-answer to your requirement a photo enlargement (CIA/PID/IB-P-301/64)
of the cement plant, which is under construction three nautical miles south of
Chu-T'ien,.is enclosed with this memorandum.

on extension 2546, should you have any questions concerning this project. This
is considered a complete answer to the project.
