In response to Requirement No. C-RR4-81,311 (C 710-64), a study was made from available photography in order to determine changes in military installations in the area of Po-Shang (23 43N-100 02E), Mieng- Ning (23 53N-100 05E), and Shuang-Chiang (23 30N-99 50E). - 2. Comparison of photography dated 25X1D indicates that t~he~jre has been no si 'ficant changes in the areas of 25X1 D interest: Po-Shar~lg Mieng-Ning and 25X1 D Shuang-Chiang (Phot 3. Mieng-Nine is carried a the location of the 40th Infantry Division in The Order of Battle, Chinese Communist Army (DIA Production Center April 1963,IS-61-63). Aerial photography reveals that all 3 in- stallations listed above are probable infantry divisions. 4. Forwarded for your retention are 6 annotated photo enlargements (C P-1326/64 thru P-1325/64). 5.
