1. In response to Requirement No. C-RR4-81,307 (C 706-64), a
study was made from available aerial photography in order to determine
whether there is new construction or construction underway at Pao-Shan
(25 07N-99 09E)-
2. A comparative photo study from a KEYHOLE Mission dated
25X1D indicates
that there has been no new construction nor is there construction underway
25X1 D as of
3. Pao-Shan is carried as the location of the 41st Infantry Division
in the April 1963 Order of Battle, Chinese Communist Army (DIA Production
Center, S-61-63). -Aerial photography- confirms Pao-Shan as probably capable
of housing an infantry division.
4. Forwarded for your retention are 2 annotated photo enlargements
(C3A/PID/C/P-1279/64 and P-1280/64).
5. The photo analysis on this project was performed by
25X1A CIA/PID/GMB (NPIC), who may be contacted on ext. 343 for any
onal information.
