1. This *r+PTMr+randum is in response to your requirement dated 27 April
1964 requesting an analysis o~ photography covering the unidentified facility
at ?2-58-32N 82-28-59W near Lombello, Cuba.
2. A~'ter correlating the photography with Report
concluded that the installation observed by the observer was not the tnidenti.fied
facility near Lombillo. The description closely fits that of the International
Broadcasting Station near Banta at 22-57-OON 82-32-~+OW.
Since 1~gB 67-6~+, 5 February 196~f-, the tower in the center of the
installation has been completed, three buildings have been constructed, and
the two ring roads have been paved. There is still no evidence of security.
