The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by 'PIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the Nid.0 Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Fivision (NPIG), and the Production Center 1P1,_- Lhe photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the Photographic Analysis Group. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter desi,mators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. \`, hen a specific facility is not observed both its title and leiter designator are omitted in the report. TOP SECRET RUFF JP- -11 TOP SECRET RUFF SUMMARY A POI_ storage area is located 15 kilometers :km) south of Mozyr (52-03N 020-15F.) and 1(.-, km north of YeIsk (.51-4SN 020-0QP.1. This installation has no rail service but is served by the Nlozyr-Velsk primary all-weather high- war and by local secondary roads. The Kalin- kovichi Army Barrackis Nlozyr ,?A1-2\ on the west edge of Mozvr is located lb km north. This POL storage area covers approxi- mately 140 acres and contains 10 large vertical POL storage tanks in an 11-acre diked area, 20 associated support-type buildings, one possible Railroad Service NPIC,R-310/64 25X1D water tower, an unidentified object, and numer- ous small eJs. No security is observed. Road Service This installation is located on the primary all-weather Mozvr-Yelsk highway.
