TOP SECRET RUFF TOP SECRET RUFF Kalinkovichi Army Barracks is located (Figure 1) IT kilometers "k ml southwest of Kalinkovichi and 4 km west-soiuthwVest of \Toz_vr i52-03N 029-15E1, adjacent to and on the east side of the Ovruch-Kalinkovichi rail line. The installation is served by a rail spur and has all-weather road connections to the AToyzr- Kalinkovichi highway. This installation i Figures 2 and 31 covers approximately 5-0 acres and includes one ad- ministration building, seven multistory bar- racks, 29 storage building. t}iree ti ehicle sheds, three vehicle maintenance buildings and 43 sup- port buildings. The installation also includes a secured ammunition storage area with five unrevetted buildings and a secured probable communi- cations site containing a tower and two support buildings. Area E5. a secured storage area, contains five storage buildings and four support buildings. An all-weather road provides access to the \iovzr-Kalinkovichi highway. Administrative and Troop Housing Area Area D contains one If-shaped multistory administration building, seven multistory bar- racks, and 13 support buildings. Track activity indicates the area has a modera:e level of activity during the summer months witu lesser activity during the winter. General 'Storage Areas Area E l contains 1 1 storage buildings and one support building. Area E2, a secured storage area, contains two storage buildings and two support buildings. Area E3 contains three storage huildings, two of which were first observed in 25X1 D Ammunition Storage Area Area F, a secured, isolated area, contains five unrevetted ammunition storage buildings with the following dimensions: two 120 by 60 feet; one 110 by 50 feet; one 100 by 50 feet; and one 55 by 60 feet. Area H, a secured probable communications area, contains two support buildings and a tower. Eleven other support buildings are scattered throughout the installation.
