The Rogachev Petroleum Products Storage
Area is located in the northern part of Rogachev
(53-05N 030-03E), adjacent to the west side of
the Mogilev-Zhlobin rail line. The area is served
by a rail siding, with off-loading facilities for
handling petroleum products, and by urban
streets.
The POL storage area, which covers four
acres and is enclosed by a wall, contains seven
vertical and five horizontal liquid storage tanks,
a prepared base for an additional vertical tank,

five shed-type storage buildings, and twogable-
roofed storage/support buildings. One support
building, probably. for off-loading, at-the rail
siding, connects with the storage area by road
and possibly by a pipeline.
The area was covered by TALENT mis-
sions in and by KEYHOLE missions

Railroad Service
The installation is adjacent to the Mogilev-
Zhlobin rail line. The siding which directly
serves the area is part of the Rogachev rail
yard, which is approximately 3,400 by 125 feet
and has at least five tracks. One flat-roofed,
100- by 25-foot shed probably houses facilities
to handle petroleum products.
Road Service
Urban streets provide access to the area.
