TOP SECRET RUFF
Shepetovka Army Barracks Southeast, a
road- and rail-served secured military instal-
lation covering approximately 200 acres, is
situated on the southeast side of Shepetovka
(Figure 1).
The installation (1-igures 2 and 3) contains
11 probable barracks, six multistory bar-
racks, two L-shaped multistory barracks, 13
administrative buildings, three multistory ad-
ministrative buildings, one multistory theater;"
gymnasium-type building, seven vehicle storage
Railroad Service
A single-track rail spur leads into the
installation. No railside docks are discernible.
Road Service
Roads leading to the installation are metal-
led, but the roads within the installation appear
to be unimproved dirt roads.
Administrative and Troop Housing Areas
Area D1 contains two 1.-shaped multistory
barracks, two multistory administrative build-
ings, one administrative building, one theater,
gymnasium-type building, and one guard tower.
Area D2 contains six multistory barracks,
11 probable barracks, one multistory adminis-
trative building, six administrative buildings
and six storage buildings.
General Storage Area
Area L contains four administrative and 25
general storage buildings.

Area K is an athletic field.
Small Arms Firing Range
Area L is a b20- by 40-foot small arms
firing range. It cannot be ascertained whether
the range is currently in use.
