Osipovichi Army Barracks Northeast is
located on the northeast edge of Osipovichi
(53-18N 028-38L), on the north side of the
Osipovichi-Bobruysk rail line (Figure 1). A
spur from the rail line serves a small, secured
storage area located at the southern edge of
the installation; however, it does not serve the
main part of the barracks area. All-weather
primary roads connect the area with Osipovichi.
Other military installations in the Osipovichi
area are Osipovichi Army Barracks South (AL-
2), located 1.5 kilometers (km) south, and Osi-
povichi Army Barracks and Training Area
25X1A Northwest 11 km northwest.
The installation (Figures 2 and 3) covers
approximately 195 acres and contains one bar-
racksjadministration building, six barracks,
seven storage buildings, 18 vehicle sheds, 11
support buildings, two vehicle parks, two troop
obstacle courses, and two small arms firing
ranges.

Significant changes observed are the 2 V0
of four multistory barracks and two large ve-
hicle sheds. New ground scarring and Pconstruction within the area indicate the 1 D
cility is still an active military barracks area.

A rail spur from the Osipovichi-Bobruv.sk
rail line serves the small, secured storage
area located at the southern edge of the in-
stallation.
Road Service
All-weather primary roads connect the ar ea
with Osipovichi.
Administrative and Troop Housing Areas
Area 1)1 contains one multistory barracks/"
administration building, three multistory bar-
racks, and three support buildings. One of the
multistory barracks was first observed on
coverage.
Area 02 contains three multistory barracks
which were first observed on

Area E1 is secured and contains LNvo storage
buildings.
Area E2 has five storage buildings and one
support building.. .
Equipment Storage/Maintenance Areas
Area J1 contains nine 185- by 50-foot
vehicle sheds, one 940- by 500-foot vehicle
park, and three support buildings. One of the
sheds has been added since 1 he2V~b

Area J2 contains 9 vehicle sheds --seven
ISS by 50 feet, one 260 by 50 feet, and one 185
