extreme obliquity, and unknown camera data. The obliquity alone could account
for foreshortening of the dimensions by as much as 20 percent, particularly in
_the nosecone section, even though this factor was taken into account in the

2. Attached herewith is a line drawing with mensural analysis of the alleged
Soviet Naval missile shown in Sovetskiy Voin No. 3, 1964. Mensural analysis waa
performed by TID/NPIC using a diameter of 2.85 feet of the SCUD A missile for
ratioing. The .results obtained should be considered only approximations since the,
given missile was not condusive to an;accurate analysis due to
