A 65-acre probable military installation
is located one kilometer (km) north of Kolomyya
(Figure 1). Of the several hard surface roads
in and around the installation, one extends
east to Kolomyya Airfield which has a con-
crete runway 6,600 by 250 feet. The instal-
lation is also accessible to the Kolomyya-
Chernovtsy railroad, which extends generally
northwest to southeast.
In the area are four multistory probable
barracks, two multistory probable barracks/

administration buildings, a U-shaped multistory
administ ion building, two vehicle/main-
tenance u ldings, four probable storage build-
ings, and tfive probable support buildings. A
