TOP SECRET RUFF Handle Via TALENT TALENT-AY Control System Only TQP SECRET RUFF Novograd-Volynskiy Army Barracks South- east, on the east side of Novograd-Volynskiy (Figure 1) covers approximately 475 acres and is road served. The installation (Figures 2 and 3) contains 23 multistory barracks buildings, nine barracks, 11 multistory administration buildings, one multistory probable hospital building, 21 ad- ministration buildings, two vehicle maintenance buildings, nine vehicle storage buildings, 35 storage buildings, five probable ammunition storage buildings in two separate secured areas J TCS - 7365 /64 NPIC/R-629/64 and 18 support buildings. The trainin~. facilities include a driver- training course with a figure-8 turning circle, nine smLiI arms ranges of various sizes and one athletic field.
