installations being prepared for a 1)l.\ 'CI.A Panel. The series is being
coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic
analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic :Analysis Group,
the CIA Photographic Intelligence I).i-ision NP1C), and the Production

A rectangular bombing and strafing range
coiiering, approximately 1,600 acres is located
20 kilometers (km) southwest of Staro-Shcher-
bino-vskaya (Figure 1). It is probably associated
with the airfield 23 km northwest, at Yeysk.
The range contains a support area and the
following training facilities: a strafing target/
silhouette range with 22 aircraft silhouettes and-
9 rectangular targets; 4 -emplacements or per-

sonnel shelters; one emplacement, and a pos-
sible moving target. In addition, there is an
area of unidentified activity consisting of 2
rectangular ground patterns and a building at
the southeast corner of the strafing range (Fig-
ures 2 and 3).
KEYHOLE missions covered this area
change was noted during this time.
Dirt and gravel roads connect to the main
highways.
