are located at 50-35-10N 137.-05-30E and 50-
36-OON 137-04-40E, respectively, in the north-
eastern outskirts of Komsomolsk, USSR (Fig-
ure 25X1 ~~ 1). The plants are adjacent to Komsomolsk
ri Airfield and are served by
major roads and rail spurs.

The plahts.were observed on. photography
from TALENT
(Figure 2). At that time Airframe Plant No
126 contained 'approximately 948,5000 square
feet of floorspace, and Airframe Plant No 130
contained approximately 852,500 square feet.
!Airframe Plant No 130 has been dropped from the TDI
since it now appears to he a unit of Airframe Plant No
126. The original division into two plants has been
maintained in this-report for convenience of reporting.
.The new floorspace in Airframe Plant
No 126 includes an addition of .8,500' square
feet to a storage building. (item ?6, Figure 4),
an addition of 7,000 square feet to the steam-
plant (item 7), an addition of 38;850 square feet
to the workshop/machine shop (item 9), a
workshop (item 10),' an addition of 22,950 square
feet to a storage building (item 11), and two's
