Search of 10 Geograpbic'Locations
in the Moscow Area
(NPIC Project 35077-
:1. This memorandum is in response to the referenced requirement.
2. A 10 nautical mile (mot) radius search of the referenced
geogFaphic locations was conducted to ascertain if these areas might
have arW activity that could be related to AMEN/SAM facilities or the
?Sary.Shagan Antimissile-missile Test Center.
3. The results of this search project follow:

No related activity observed. The search was conducted

The search did reveal however, that the air defense
radar'site located at 53-13-20N/37-19-04E had been modified.
This modification is similar to that observed at the Andreapol,
Gorkiy and Michurinsk radar sites. A detailed description of the
nature of the modification can be found in NPIC/R-89/64, Moscow
