installations being prepared for a f)l:A '(:I.A Panel. The series is being
coordinated, published and disseminated by \PIC. The photographic
analysis is being performed by the \PlC Photographic Analysis Group,
the C:IA Photographic Intelligence Division (\111C), and the Production
Center 1 P 1 a I)1:. -l he photographic analysis for this particular re-
port was performed by the Production Center IPla.
In the interest of uniforirity. the titles and letter designators for
the facilities obscI'ycd at tHese installation, are identical with those
appelaring in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not
observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report.

This installation is located approxinaatcly

east side of the Volga River (l igure 1
Covering 130 acres, the partially fenced
facility (Figures 2 and :3) consists of }`' build-
ings in a 110-acre barracks area, a motor park,
