The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the \PIC i-'hotogrpphic--\nalysis_Qroup,_.;,,; the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (\PIC:), and the Production Center 11"la (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the Production Center 1 P 1 a. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When,a specific facility is not observed both its 'title and letter designator are omitted in the report. RUFF .\rmavir armv Barracks Kuhanskove is situated in the northern part of Novo- KUbanskava fFrgure 1). It is probably associated with the military depot in :\rmaviri, The installaticm covers 390 acres and contains 54 barracks, 70 family quarters, 21 administration buildings, 14 general support buildings, 10 warehouses, 7 vehicle sheds, 2 vehicle repair shops, 2 motor parks, a water tower, and a playing field (Figures 2 and 3). DESCRIPTION OF INSTALLATION Rail oad Service A spur extends westward 2.4 kilometers to a junction with the Kropotkin-.\rmavir rail- 1w road. Area I)1 contains 16 two-family dependents quarters, 31 four-family dependents quarters, 23 multiple unit dependents quarters, 3 admin- istration buildings, and 2 general support build- ing `Area D2 contains 27 barracks and 2 admin- istration buildings. Area D3 contains 22 barracks, 12 admin- istration buildings, 8 general support buildings, and a water tower. TOP SECRET RUFF Area E contains 10 warehouses, 9 bar- racks, 2 general support buildings, and 2 administration buildings. Equipment Storage 'Maintenance Areas Area JI contains one 625-by 600-foot motor park, one 400- by 380-foot motor park, one 475-bv 40-foot vehicle shed, one 450-by 40-foot vehicle shed, one 170- by 55-foot vehicle repair shop, 1. administration building, and 1 general support building. Area .12 contains one 280- by 40-foot vehicle repair shop, two 225- by 35-foot vehicle sheds, three 150- by ?35-foot vehicle sheds, 1 admin- istration building, and 1 general support build- ing.
